MADE-TO-ORDER

Why does it take so long?

This item is Made-to-Order in the finish or fabric you choose. Production begins when you place your order — we don't hold stock of this item. That's why you can choose from 40+ fabrics and leathers, and why we don't add warehouse costs to the price. This also helps us minimise waste and ensures every piece is made with intention.

We'll email you when production is done, when it ships, and before delivery, so you're never left wondering where your order is.

The Flex Narrow Module is the modular range's fine adjustment: a slim seat element that extends compositions by a compact increment, letting arrangements fit walls, alcoves and floor plans with precision.

Within the Flex system's logic of adaptable composition, the narrow module is the tool for exact fits — add one where a wide module would overshoot, use it to fine-tune a combination to the centimetres your room actually offers, or slot it as a snug single perch within a larger run.

A solid frame, quality suspension and high-resilience foam match the system's comfort standard at every width.

Combine it with wide, chaise and ottoman elements to compose configurations that genuinely fit — the Flex promise, delivered to the wall. Precision, upholstered.

We use premium fabrics and leather from European manufacturers. Explore our curated collection on our dedicated page here.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order — we work hard to keep these as competitive as possible.

Larger items are shipped via pallet freight and delivered to kerbside — the courier will bring your order to your doorstep, garage, or the nearest accessible entrance point. Please note that for insurance reasons, couriers are unable to enter your home or assist with unloading and unpacking. We recommend having a helping hand ready on delivery day. Pallet freight services don't typically offer timed delivery slots or parcel-style tracking. An EORI number may be required for customs clearance.

EU and international orders may be subject to VAT or other local charges. These fees must be paid to release your goods from customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or refund these amounts.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns that don't meet these conditions may affect your eligibility for a full refund.

Please note that Made-to-Order items — those produced in a specific finish, colour, or fabric to your specifications — cannot be returned.
