Nue Modern has been making modern furniture to order since 2017. Every piece in the collection can be specified in your choice of fabric and finish. And if the collection doesn't have it, send us a sketch, a reference photo or a mood board — we'll develop it with you.

We don't have a showroom, so we're not competing with you for your client. We don't have a retail estate, so you're not paying for one. You deal directly with the people who make the decisions.

Developments, show homes and multi-unit projects

Furnishing more than one property? Volume pricing beyond the standard tiers is quoted per project.

We work with developers, build-to-rent operators, holiday-let managers and home stagers on repeat specifications — same SKU, same fabric, delivered to schedule. Tell us the unit count and the completion date and we'll come back with a price and a lead time you can build a programme around.

Minimum project value for volume pricing: £5,000.

No. No joining fee, no annual fee, no minimum order at the entry tier.
How long does approval take?

Usually the same working day, always within one. If we need anything else from you we'll email.
Can I use my discount on personal purchases?

Yes, for your own home. Not for resale on marketplaces or through another retailer.
Can my client pay you directly?

Yes. We can invoice your client directly at your trade price plus your margin, or invoice you — whichever suits how you work. Tell us at order stage.
