Alky Armchair
Giancarlo Piretti Inspired
The Alky-inspired Armchair is a sleek jewel of late-1960s design: a low, continuous upholstered form that flows from backrest to seat in one uninterrupted gesture, hovering just above the floor.
Inspired by a celebrated French-Italian design of the era, the chair wraps its entire structure — frame included — in smooth, tailored upholstery, creating a seamless, almost liquid silhouette. The sit is correspondingly relaxed: low, gently reclined and quietly enveloping.
Beneath the smooth exterior, a robust internal frame and moulded foam hold the precise sculptural line year after year.
Its compact footprint and floor-hugging profile suit modern apartments beautifully, sliding under sightlines where taller chairs interrupt. Use one as a refined accent seat, or a facing pair for a low-level lounge with genuine design pedigree. Minimal, elegant, effortlessly cool.
We use premium fabrics and leather from European manufacturers. Explore our curated collection on our dedicated page here.
We also welcome COM enquiries from both private clients and designers.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order — we work hard to keep these as competitive as possible.
Larger items are shipped via pallet freight and delivered to kerbside — the courier will bring your order to your doorstep, garage, or the nearest accessible entrance point. Please note that for insurance reasons, couriers are unable to enter your home or assist with unloading and unpacking. We recommend having a helping hand ready on delivery day. Pallet freight services don't typically offer timed delivery slots or parcel-style tracking. An EORI number may be required for customs clearance.
EU and international orders may be subject to VAT or other local charges. These fees must be paid to release your goods from customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or refund these amounts.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns that don't meet these conditions may affect your eligibility for a full refund.
Please note that Made-to-Order items — those produced in a specific finish, colour, or fabric to your specifications — cannot be returned.
