Lead Time

Lead time for this item is between 12 to 14 weeks is standard as manufacturers do not, in general, hold stock of these pieces. This is due to the customisation of the item (e.g. fabrics, surface finishes) and the fact that most of our products are hand finished to order.

Please note that this lead time is an estimation and can not be considered binding nor a guaranteed turnaround time and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including delays in production, shipping and/or other third-party logistics.

The Flex Sofa Combo 1 is the modular range's composed introduction: a ready-arranged configuration delivering the family's clean contemporary design and deep comfort in a balanced starter footprint.

Combo 1 suits rooms and households beginning their arrangement — a practical composition of the system's elements that works complete from day one, while keeping the Flex promise open: extend, reconfigure and evolve as space and life change.

Solid frames, quality suspension and high-resilience foam run throughout, wrapped in soft, hard-wearing upholstery.

Live with it as delivered, or treat it as an opening move in a longer game — the range's larger combos show where the same system leads. Begin comfortably; grow deliberately.

Materials

We use premium fabrics and leather from European manufacturers. Explore our curated collection on our dedicated page here.

We also welcome COM enquiries from both private clients and designers.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order — we work hard to keep these as competitive as possible.

Larger items are shipped via pallet freight and delivered to kerbside — the courier will bring your order to your doorstep, garage, or the nearest accessible entrance point. Please note that for insurance reasons, couriers are unable to enter your home or assist with unloading and unpacking. We recommend having a helping hand ready on delivery day. Pallet freight services don't typically offer timed delivery slots or parcel-style tracking. An EORI number may be required for customs clearance.

EU and international orders may be subject to VAT or other local charges. These fees must be paid to release your goods from customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or refund these amounts.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns that don't meet these conditions may affect your eligibility for a full refund.

Please note that Made-to-Order items — those produced in a specific finish, colour, or fabric to your specifications — cannot be returned.
