The Knitting-inspired Lounge Chair is one of Danish design's most thoughtful seats: a low, armless easy chair created in the 1950s expressly for handwork — its open sides and gently reclined posture leaving elbows free to move.

Inspired by that celebrated original, the chair's purpose shapes its beauty: a compact upholstered shell tilted at a restful angle on short wooden legs, unobstructed where conventional arms would interrupt. It suits modern life beyond its namesake craft — reading, phone-scrolling and lap-desk working all benefit from the same freedom.

Quality construction pairs a shaped shell and resilient padding with fine timber detailing.

Tuck it into a bedroom or living room corner where its small footprint shines, and add a low table alongside. Designed for makers; adored by loungers.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order — we work hard to keep these as competitive as possible.

Larger items are shipped via pallet freight and delivered to kerbside — the courier will bring your order to your doorstep, garage, or the nearest accessible entrance point. Please note that for insurance reasons, couriers are unable to enter your home or assist with unloading and unpacking. We recommend having a helping hand ready on delivery day. Pallet freight services don't typically offer timed delivery slots or parcel-style tracking. An EORI number may be required for customs clearance.

EU and international orders may be subject to VAT or other local charges. These fees must be paid to release your goods from customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or refund these amounts.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns that don't meet these conditions may affect your eligibility for a full refund.

Please note that Made-to-Order items — those produced in a specific finish, colour, or fabric to your specifications — cannot be returned.
