PK91 Stool
Poul Kjaerholm Inspired
The PK91-inspired Stool is Danish minimalism's graceful fold: a taut leather-style sling suspended in a scissoring X-frame of satin steel — the ancient folding stool, resolved to modernist perfection.
Inspired by the celebrated 1960s design, the stool honours its classical ancestors — the campaign seats of antiquity — through the era's exacting reduction: two crossed steel arcs, one precise sling, nothing unresolved. It serves as occasional seat, footrest and sculpture in equal measure.
Quality steelwork and fine sling materials deliver the original's engineered elegance.
Place it beside the PK22 lounge chair as the suite intends, or let it stand alone wherever a small perfect object is wanted. History, folded flat and finished bright.
We use premium fabrics and leather from European manufacturers. Explore our curated collection on our dedicated page here.
We also welcome COM enquiries from both private clients and designers.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order — we work hard to keep these as competitive as possible.
Larger items are shipped via pallet freight and delivered to kerbside — the courier will bring your order to your doorstep, garage, or the nearest accessible entrance point. Please note that for insurance reasons, couriers are unable to enter your home or assist with unloading and unpacking. We recommend having a helping hand ready on delivery day. Pallet freight services don't typically offer timed delivery slots or parcel-style tracking. An EORI number may be required for customs clearance.
EU and international orders may be subject to VAT or other local charges. These fees must be paid to release your goods from customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or refund these amounts.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns that don't meet these conditions may affect your eligibility for a full refund.
Please note that Made-to-Order items — those produced in a specific finish, colour, or fabric to your specifications — cannot be returned.
