Lead Time

Lead time for this item is between 12 to 14 weeks is standard as manufacturers do not, in general, hold stock of these pieces. This is due to the customisation of the item (e.g. fabrics, surface finishes) and the fact that most of our products are hand finished to order.

The Saarinen-inspired Conference Chair brings mid-century America's most trusted professional seat to the modern table: a sculpted upholstered shell on elegant legs, refined expressly for long sessions of talk, thought and dinner.

Inspired by the celebrated 1950s design, the chair resolves working comfort completely — the moulded back curves into genuine lumbar embrace, the cushioned seat holds hours without complaint, and the trim silhouette keeps tables of any length looking ordered.

A shaped shell, quality foam and fine upholstery over solid legs deliver the durability its professional reputation was built on.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order — we work hard to keep these as competitive as possible.

Larger items are shipped via pallet freight and delivered to kerbside — the courier will bring your order to your doorstep, garage, or the nearest accessible entrance point. Please note that for insurance reasons, couriers are unable to enter your home or assist with unloading and unpacking. We recommend having a helping hand ready on delivery day. Pallet freight services don't typically offer timed delivery slots or parcel-style tracking. An EORI number may be required for customs clearance.

EU and international orders may be subject to VAT or other local charges. These fees must be paid to release your goods from customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or refund these amounts.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns that don't meet these conditions may affect your eligibility for a full refund.

Please note that Made-to-Order items — those produced in a specific finish, colour, or fabric to your specifications — cannot be returned.
