Spanish Chair
Borge Mogensen Inspired
The Spanish-inspired Chair is one of Danish design's boldest statements: a lounge chair of wide solid-wood planes and thick saddle leather-style surfaces, its famous broad armrests flat and generous enough to rest a drink on — by the designer's own intention.
Inspired by the celebrated 1950s original drawn from traditional Iberian furniture, the chair is rugged elegance itself: honest flat rails, visible joinery and taut leather-style seat and back that gain rich character with every year of use.
Quality hardwood and substantial saddle-style material deliver the durability the design's confident construction promises.
Give it a fireside or window position with a low table nearby — though its armrests may make one redundant — and let it age gracefully in service. A chair built like tack and seated like a throne.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order — we work hard to keep these as competitive as possible.
Larger items are shipped via pallet freight and delivered to kerbside — the courier will bring your order to your doorstep, garage, or the nearest accessible entrance point. Please note that for insurance reasons, couriers are unable to enter your home or assist with unloading and unpacking. We recommend having a helping hand ready on delivery day. Pallet freight services don't typically offer timed delivery slots or parcel-style tracking. An EORI number may be required for customs clearance.
EU and international orders may be subject to VAT or other local charges. These fees must be paid to release your goods from customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or refund these amounts.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns that don't meet these conditions may affect your eligibility for a full refund.
Please note that Made-to-Order items — those produced in a specific finish, colour, or fabric to your specifications — cannot be returned.
