Lead Time

Lead time for this item is between 12 to 14 weeks is standard as manufacturers do not, in general, hold stock of these pieces. This is due to the customisation of the item (e.g. fabrics, surface finishes) and the fact that most of our products are hand finished to order.

Please note that this lead time is an estimation and can not be considered binding nor a guaranteed turnaround time and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including delays in production, shipping and/or other third-party logistics.

Tufty-TF024 is an embracing sofa with an original, informal and luxurious design inspired by the Chesterfield and capitonné spirit. Its innovative style offers an effective solution to the necessities of modularity, comfort and versatile compositions, creating linear, corner and peninsula-shaped sofas. The modular system is made up of a basic ottoman unit that can be matched with other central, corner and chaise units with high or low armrests. Thanks to this versatility, you can have a single-colour sofa or combine different colours according to your tastes and the style of your living space.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order — we work hard to keep these as competitive as possible.

Larger items are shipped via pallet freight and delivered to kerbside — the courier will bring your order to your doorstep, garage, or the nearest accessible entrance point. Please note that for insurance reasons, couriers are unable to enter your home or assist with unloading and unpacking. We recommend having a helping hand ready on delivery day. Pallet freight services don't typically offer timed delivery slots or parcel-style tracking. An EORI number may be required for customs clearance.

EU and international orders may be subject to VAT or other local charges. These fees must be paid to release your goods from customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or refund these amounts.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns that don't meet these conditions may affect your eligibility for a full refund.

Please note that Made-to-Order items — those produced in a specific finish, colour, or fabric to your specifications — cannot be returned.
